Consultant Confidentiality. Consultant, its agents, employees, contractors, and subcontractors shall hold all City information, data, and documents (collectively, “the “Information”) that they receive, or to which they have access, in strictest confidence. Consultant, its agents, employees, contractors, and subcontractors shall not disclose, disseminate, or use the Information unless the Director authorizes it in writing. Consultant shall obtain written agreements from its agents, employees, contractors, and subcontractors which bind them to the terms in this Section.

• Client Confidentiality Any information about clients of the Employer which is learned by an employee during the course of employment must, as a condition of continued employment, be treated as strictly confidential and each employee is expected to respect this confidentiality and to take all reasonable precautions to safeguard it.
